They make the composition ideal: tone, depth, harmony, synergy, talent and inspiration. Roasters for me are the composer – giving the foundation for the composition. The barista as a musician can perform it all in their own way. Therefore, when I cannot prepare a delicious cup of coffee, I listen to good music and everything feels better.
