Everybody loves ice cream. And coffee. So whoever discovered combining these two is a pure genius! Affogato Mint is our favorite summer dessert. Instead of using espresso, test filter coffee or cold brew coffee.
- 1 dl filter coffee or Paulig Cold Brew Concentrate
- 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
- 2-3 pieces of mint chocolate
- Fresh mint leaves
- Place 2-3 pieces of mint chocolate into a cup.
- Add scoop of ice cream carefully on top of the chocolate.
- Pour filter coffee into the cup and garnish with chocolate chips and mint leaves.
