Finland <3 Coffee
In the year 2017 Finland is celebrating 100 years of independence! We created this drink to honor the beautiful country.
- 2 shots (50-60 ml) of Paulig espresso
- 1.5 dl milk
- Blue food colouring
- Prepare the espressos in a separate jug.
- Steam milk.
- Separate a tiny bit of steamed milk into a espresso cup and add few drops of blue food colouring.
- Pour milk into a cup (200 ml) and add espresso carefully.
- Add two more espresso drops on the surface and three blue drops in between the espresso drops.
- Use etching tools or a toothpick for instance to draw a circle of hearts.
