Coffee Kombucha - the Perfect Match of Two Trends of 2020

Kombucha has become extremely popular a few years back as there are many health benefits in it and it is a naturally fizzy drink with sweetly fermented flavor. It has been around long before the hipsters found it and it became part of the today’s heath trend of functional beverages. Study of Wiley University tells that it originally comes from China where it was used for its health benefits as early as 220 BC.

Coffee Meditation Will Get You Through the Darkest Days

The reason why most of us practice meditation is that it helps us to find inner peace, improves perception, helps brain to rest, helps us to stay in the present moment and most of all perfects our sense of contentment as a whole. There is plenty of research about the positive effects of mediation towards comprehensive well-being of people. Researches show that meditation helps people to concentrate on the present moment and prevents dilution of thoughts. Dilution of thoughts had negative effect on learning new and fulfilling tasks.

A Cup of Coffee with Matt Perger

Matt Perger is probably the biggest barista star in the world right now. He has won so many competitions that I won't even bother listing them here. Now he's pushing the quality aspect of coffee with his company Barista Hustle with e.g. designing the best possible cupping cups, tampers and milk pitchers. I had the pleasure to work with Matt Perger in a secret project few weeks ago, so of course I took the opportunity to sat down with him for a cup of coffee. Here's our discussion about coffee and life.
